A head of FCG, is a highly accomplished global professional with more than 18 years diverse expertise In fashion and media business, cultural diplomacy and brands building.

Welcome to Fashion Consulting Group, where fashion, media and cultural diplomacy intersect with business innovation. We are a global consulting agency specializing in elevating brands, transforming businesses, and bringing cultural gaps through strategic expertise and creative solutions.

Founded by me, Ana Varava, a global fashion and media business expert, and cultural diplomat with over 18 years of international experience. As the former Editor-in-Chief and head of L’Officiel Ukraine fashion magazine for 14 years, a person who realised a launch of L’Officiel in Austria, and facilitated and consulted a launch and establishment of ELLE in Uzbekistan, expert in several ministerial programmes and intercultural initiatives, who organised and led dozens of projects worldwide, I lead them to success by blending strategic vision with creative leadership, spearheading international collaborations, and driving impactful impactful projects.

With a foundation of three Master’s degrees – including Practical Psychology, International Relations & Cultural Diplomacy, and Imagemaking – I bring a multidisciplinary approach to every project. My education spans prestigious institutions such as the Istituto Marangoni (Milan and London), St Martin’s College of Art, Fashion Institute of Technology (NYC), and the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy (Berlin), with certifications in Fashion Styling, Marketing & PR, and Fashion Business.

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with global luxury brands, like Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton etc, as well as emerging designers and startups worldwide. My work has connected fashion with culture, sustainability, and technology, creating meaningful impact and long-lasting value for clients.
